10"The standard of the camp of Reuben according to their divisions will be on the south side. The prince of the children of Reuben will be Elizur the son of Shedeur. 11Forty-six thousand five hundred were counted of his division.
12"Those who camp next to him will be the tribe of Simeon. The prince of the children of Simeon will be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai. 13His division as listed were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.
14"The tribe of Gad: the prince of the children of Gad will be Eliasaph the son of Reuel. 15His division as listed were forty-five thousand six hundred fifty.
16"All who were counted of the camp of Reuben were one hundred fifty-one thousand four hundred fifty, according to their armies. They'll set out second.
17"Then the Tent of Meeting will set out, with the camp of the Levites in the middle of the camps. They are to set out just as they camp, every man in his place, by their standards.
18"The standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their divisions will be on the west side. The prince of the children of Ephraim will be Elishama the son of Ammihud. 19His division as listed were forty thousand five hundred.
20"Next to him will be the tribe of Manasseh. The prince of the children of Manasseh will be Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur. 21His division as listed were thirty-two thousand two hundred.
22"The tribe of Benjamin: the prince of the children of Benjamin will be Abidan the son of Gideoni. 23His army as listed were thirty-five thousand four hundred.
24"All who were counted of the camp of Ephraim were one hundred eight thousand one hundred, according to their divisions. They'll set out third.

18Therefore hear, you nations, and know, congregation, what is among them. 19Hear, earth! Behold, I will bring evil on this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to my words; and as for my law, they have rejected it. 20To what purpose comes there to me frankincense from Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices pleasing to me." 21Therefore Yahweh says, "Behold, I will lay stumbling blocks before this people. The fathers and the sons together shall stumble against them. The neighbor and his friend shall perish." 22Yahweh says, "Behold, a people comes from the north country. A great nation shall be stirred up from the uttermost parts of the earth. 23They take hold of bow and spear. They are cruel, and have no mercy. Their voice roars like the sea, and they ride on horses, everyone set in array, as a man to the battle, against you, daughter of Zion."
24We have heard its report; our hands wax feeble: anguish has taken hold of us, [and] pangs as of a woman in travail. 25Don't go forth into the field, nor walk along the road; for the sword of the enemy, [and] terror, are on every side. 26Daughter of my people, clothe yourself with sackcloth, and wallow in ashes! Mourn, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation; for the destroyer shall suddenly come on us.
27"I have made you a tester of metals [and] a fortress among my people; that you may know and try their way. 28They are all grievous rebels, going about with slanders; they are bronze and iron: they all of them deal corruptly. 29The bellows blow fiercely; the lead is consumed of the fire they go on refining emptily; for the wicked are not plucked away. 30Men will call them rejected silver, because Yahweh has rejected them."
1The word that came to Jeremiah from Yahweh, saying, 2"Stand in the gate of Yahweh's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, 'Hear the word of Yahweh, all you of Judah, who enter in at these gates to worship Yahweh.
3Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says, "Amend your ways and your actions, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. 4Don't trust in lying words, saying, The temple of Yahweh, the temple of Yahweh, the temple of Yahweh, are these. 5For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your actions; if you thoroughly execute justice between a man and his neighbor; 6if you don't oppress the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow, and don't shed innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your own hurt: 7then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, from of old even forevermore. 8Behold, you trust in lying words, that can't profit. 9Will you steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods that you have not known, 10and come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered; that you may do all these abominations? 11Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, I, even I, have seen it, says Yahweh.
12But go now to my place which was in Shiloh, where I caused my name to dwell at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel. 13Now, because you have done all these works, says Yahweh, and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you didn't hear; and I called you, but you didn't answer: 14therefore I will do to the house which is called by my name, in which you trust, and to the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I did to Shiloh. 15I will put you out of my sight, as I have thrown out all your brothers, even the whole offspring of Ephraim.
16Therefore don't pray for this people, neither lift up a cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me; for I will not hear you.

1Be merciful to me, God, for man wants to swallow me up. All day long, he attacks and oppresses me. 2My enemies want to swallow me up all day long, for they are many who fight proudly against me. 3When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. 4In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me? 5All day long they twist my words. All their thoughts are against me for evil. 6They conspire and lurk, watching my steps, they are eager to take my life. 7Shall they escape by iniquity? In anger throw down the peoples, God. 8You number my wanderings. You put my tears into your bottle. Aren't they in your book? 9Then my enemies shall turn back in the day that I call. I know this, that God is for me. 10In God, I will praise his word. In Yahweh, I will praise his word. 11I have put my trust in God. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? 12Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you. 13For you have delivered my soul from death, and prevented my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living.

Yes, in the shadow of your wings, I will take refuge, until disaster has passed. 2I cry out to God Most High, to God who accomplishes my requests for me. 3He will send from heaven, and save me, he rebukes the one who is pursuing me.

1What shall we say then? Should we continue in shortcoming, that grace might increase? 2Not at all! How could we who died to shortcoming, still live in it? 3Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into AnointedOne Jesus were baptized into his death? 4So we were buried with him through baptism into death, that just as AnointedOne was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
5For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection; 6knowing this, that our old human was crucified with him, that the body of shortcoming might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in slavery to shortcoming. 7For whoever has died has been freed from shortcoming. 8But if we died with AnointedOne, we believe that we will also live with him, 9knowing that AnointedOne, being raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer dominates him! 10For the death that he died, he died to shortcoming one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God. 11Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to shortcoming, but alive to God in AnointedOne Jesus our Lord.
12Therefore don't let shortcoming reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13Also, do not present your members to shortcoming as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. 14For shortcoming can't dominate you, for you are not under law, but under grace.
15What then? Should we [deliberately] fall-short, because we are not under law but under grace? Not at all! 16Don't you know that when you present yourselves as servants and obey someone, you are the servants of whomever you obey, whether of shortcoming to death, or of obedience to righteousness? 17But thanks be to God that, whereas you were bondservants of shortcoming, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were delivered. 18Being made free from shortcoming, you became bondservants of righteousness.
19I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh; for as you presented your members as servants to uncleanness and to wickedness upon wickedness, even so now present your members as servants to righteousness for sanctification. 20For when you were servants of shortcoming, you were free from righteousness. 21So what fruit were you getting at that time from the things which you are now ashamed of? For the outcome of those things is death. 22But now, being made free from shortcoming and having become servants of God, you have your fruit of sanctification and the result of eternal life. 23For the wages of shortcoming is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in AnointedOne Jesus our Lord.
